TIMED GA: You can Reschedule or Exchange your TIMED GA ticket online UP TO 1 HOUR BEFORE your reserved time. In your 2023 Tickets email, click on the link to “print your tickets”, click RESCHEDULE button. You can either reschedule your Timed GA to another date/time (price subject to increase on select nights) OR you can exchange for Scream Pass admission, if available, and pay the difference.
SCREAM PASS: You can Reschedule your Scream Pass ticket online UP TO 1 HOUR BEFORE your reserved time. In your 2023 Tickets email, click on the link to “print your tickets”, click RESCHEDULE button (price subject to increase on select nights).
If you are not able to select tickets on the new date/time, then that option is SOLD OUT.
